The goal of LfC in the Community is to teach empathy and compassion using specialized stories. Each animal tale is accompanied by open-ended discussions and animal-themed art projects. This program is FREE and each child receives a goodie bag for participating.

Join us at one of our partner shelters. Children can come to the shelter and read to the animals once a month.

The Pawsitive Book Club is all about bringing the joy of reading to life! Each week, over the course of a month, members enjoy reading, art projects, worksheets, and games all tailored around the book of the month.
